A visual identity for Margerita, created to support hospice care through a story of remembrance, compassion, and connection.
Margerita is a charitable music event created to raise funds for hospice care, inspired by the founder's personal experience of losing her uncle to cancer. The visual identity needed to sensitively honour this story while still feeling welcoming, hopeful, and engaging for a broad audience. The name Margerita comes from the Maltese word for daisy which also happened to be the organiser's uncle's favourite flower, making it a meaningful and personal foundation for the brand.
As the sole graphic designer for the event, I developed the complete visual identity to support both its emotional purpose and public presence. The branding balances playfulness with respect through soft pastel colours and gentle visual elements, creating a heartfelt yet approachable tone. I designed everything from the logo and core branding to social media assets, ensuring a cohesive and recognisable identity as the event continues to grow into its second year, building on the success of its previous editions.
